Our extra-curricular highlights
Debating and public speaking
Students can develop their thinking, communication and teamwork skills through debating and public speaking. They also have the chance to compete in local and state events.
Creative and performing arts
Our drama, music and art programs help students be creative and express themselves. They can join in concerts, art shows and drama activities.
Trips and excursions
Our students enjoy getting out of the classroom to explore, learn and try new things. These experiences help them grow, build confidence and see how their learning connects to the world.

Creative Minds
Creative Minds is a calm and supportive space where students can build confidence, explore their imagination, and enjoy creating with like-minded peers. It’s all about creativity, effort, and having fun while learning new skills.
STEM
An opportunity to participate in all kinds of engaging learning experiences including digital design, coding and hands-on challenges. It also includes Minecraft education where students work together to use their imaginations to create vitural worlds.
NVTT
A tournament designed to encourage respect, responsibility, acceptance and achievement in all settings at Narrabeen North Public School. Students who participate will receive and have the opportunity to win NSWRL/NRL merchandise and tickets, as well as recognition within the school
Eco Warriors
Our student eco warriors focused on sustainability. They champion eco-friendly habits by monitoring energy and water usage, managing recycling schemes, maintaining school gardens, and educating their peers on waste reduction to foster a greener community.
Recorder
Held at lunchtime, children can enjoy learning new skills, building performance confidence in a supportive environment.
Recorders are provided free for all participants!
Chess Club
Learn to be a chess champion! Coaching is held once a week. Learning and playing chess helps children develop their logical thinking and problem solving skills, improves their concentration and focus, while also being a great source of enjoyment.
Dance
Our school provides students in years 3-6 with exciting opportunities to develop and showcase their dancing talents through participation in our school dance program. Students audition to be part of one of our dance groups, where they build confidence, teamwork, creativity, and performance skills in a fun and supportive environment.
