'Declaration for volunteers' is now required by the Department of Education and Communities for any parent or school volunteer who wishes to participate in the school's programs and activities.  Below you will find a document that you can fill in and print off and return to the school along with your 100 points proof of identity.  If you have any questions please call the office on 9913 7928.
